Fried Pork
Ingredients :
- Fresh Pork – half kg
- Carrot – 2 medium size
- Garlic – 1 whole
- Fresh lime juice – 3 table spoon
- Oyster sauce – 4 to 5 table spoon
- Salt – as per requirement
- Cooking Oil – as per requirement
Cooking Method :
Clean whole fresh pork and marinate with lime juice and keep it a side for about 15 minutes.
Now boil the water and put in whole pork and steam it around 15 minutes.
Now remove pork from the steamer and cut into 1 inches thick medium size.
Heat oil in frying pant and when oil is ready put in ginger.
Than put in pork and let it get fried in low flame for 10 minutes. Stir it continously
Than put in carrot and stir fry for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Now put in oyster sauce just before 3 minutes you put off the flame.
Your Fried pork is ready to serve.
